You can configure the mod so that either Triss or Yen will still be open to your advances after the night at the Kingfisher, rather than both of them not giving Geralt the time of day. Additionally, there is a third setting where the mod will choose the romantic option based on “past choices you made that who you genuinely love.” The reasoning behind this, I suppose, is that one of them ends up being more understanding than they are in the main game.
