series has received a straight-to-series order at Paramount+.Rawson Marshall Thurber, the director Dodgeball, Skyscraper, and Red Notice, penned the script for the pilot and will
direct the D&D show's first episode, the report said.Deadline said the D&D show was shopped around in late 2022 and found interest from "multiple buyers" before Paramount+
sealed the deal. None of the other potential suitors were mentioned in the report, however.It's still very early days for the D&D TV series at Paramount+, so there is no word
