Takenforganite used this power to knock The Crimson Dread out of the sky in a Reddit post (thanks, GameRant). The dragon was at the very end of one of its health bars, so it’s unclear how much damage the assault itself does, but it’s unquestionably faster than throwing your axe around or using the spear to convert the dragon into a pin cushion.

The additional benefit of the technique is that since you are already in Rage mode, you can start fast depleting its health as soon as it hits the ground. Dragon battles in God of War Ragnarok aren’t exactly the toughest boss battles, but this could really speed things up.
