Take one of the keys, return to his office, and use the door in the corner to leave. Keep hanging out with Triss so you can use your Igni symbol to set the place on fire. When the building is on fire, climb the adjoining shed and jump the wall to escape covertly. Use Aard to break through the wall as you move down the alley. The mission will be completed once you have spoken with Reuven on the docks.
