The Basilisk resembles the Griffin in many ways. Ciri lacks a crossbow to dispatch the creature. Keep your focus while it is in the air and be on the lookout for its dive assault. Push aside and chop it up. Try your best to remain to the side. The basilisk will lunge out at you with a poisonous attack if you are in front of it. Three seconds of damage are dealt to you.
The baron is taken to the top of the tower by the basilisk after the battle. Kill the basilisk and save the baron by ascending the tower.
