For example, if you type in “weight loss” you will get 4,700,000 results. But, search “weight loss tips” and you will get… 47,300 Results! That’s an enormous difference, isn’t it? And, it’s all because of that little word “tips”.

That little word makes all the difference. It conjures up images of “tricks” to help you lose weight. It conjures up images of “helpful hints”. They’ll sell you the “miracle” diet plan which is really just another way of selling you on the idea that you are too fat. They’ll sell you the idea that you should lose weight quickly by any means necessary. And, of course, you’ll be searching for this type of “tough love” approach to losing weight… and…

you’ll keep getting it in the form of “search toggle.” Well, I hate to disappoint these charlatans but, I am not going to tell you that you are too fat. I’m not going to tell you that you need to lose weight. What I am going to do is show you exactly how you CAN lose weight without starving yourself or giving up your favorite foods.
