Lure Modules Pokemon Go: You may consider using a Lure Module if you are playing Pokemon GO and you have a PokeStop nearby, but you are not seeing as many Pokemon spawns as you would like. If placed on a PokeStop, they will attract Pokemon for a full 30 minutes, and sometimes even longer during special events.
There are five Lure Modules: the standard one and four Special Lure Modules. Below is a list of each of the Pokemon it will attract, as well as their other uses – namely, their ability to evolve certain Pokemon.
Pokemon GO is constantly changing due to its nature. The Rainy Lure was added to the game some time ago, for example. In order to ensure that this article contains the most current information available, we have reviewed it.
What Lure Modules Are & How To Get Them | Lure Modules Pokemon Go
Pokemon are literally lured to your location by lure modules. Pokestops use them to attract Pokemon, and they last for thirty minutes. The Lure you place can also be used by other players – the Pokemon appear for everyone, unlike an Incense.
Regular Lures are intended to attract any Pokemon in the vicinity, while Special Lures are intended to attract specific Pokemon. It is true that they are tied to types, but they do not just attract Pokemon of that type.
If you place a standard Lure Module, 10 Pokemon will spawn over the course of 30 minutes (under normal circumstances). Special Lure Modules that attract specific types of Pokemon will attract 20 Pokemon within 30 minutes. Nonetheless, only 10 of those 20 will be special spawns. As for the other ten Pokemon, these will be the normal Pokemon in the area, similar to a regular lure module.
Pokecoins can be used to purchase all types of Lure Modules from the shop. When you reach certain levels, you will also be able to obtain standard lure modules. Furthermore, Lure Modules may also be awarded for completing Research Tasks.

Standard Lure Module In Pokemon Go
It is the Lure Module that has been in the game since its inception. The concept is fairly straightforward: it will attract Pokemon from the surrounding area. There is no particular Pokemon that is attracted to it.
The lure is most useful if you wish to catch a large number of the regular spawns around the area, but do not wish to walk around (or cannot, for some reason).
Glacial Lure Module In Pokemon GO
The Glacial Lure Module is one of three Special Lures that have been added to Pokemon Go during Gen IV’s rollout. It attracts Ice- and Water-type Pokemon, along with Eevee, to the PokeStop where it is placed.
Attracted Pokemon To The Glacial Lure
There are currently the following Pokemon attracted to the Glacial Lure:
Evolving Eevee into Glaceon
If you are within range of a Glacial Lure Module, you will be able to evolve any Eevee into Glaceon. As with any other Eeveelution, it will cost you 25 Eevee Candies. As long as you are still within range of the Glacial Lure Module, you may repeat this process as many times as you like.
Mossy Lure Module In Pokemon GO
The Mossy Lures were added at the same time as Glacial Lures, and they work in much the same way, but they will attract Bug-, Grass-, and Poison-type Pokémon as well as Eevee.
Attracted Pokemon To The Mossy Lure
At a PokeStop, the following Pokemon will appear with a Mossy Lure Module:
Evolving Eevee into Leafeon
You may evolve an Eevee into a Leafeon by spending 25 Eevee Candies when you are within range of an active Mossy Lure Module PokeStop. Until the Lure is completed, you may use as many Eevee as you wish.
Magnetic Lure Module In Pokemon GO
The Magnetic Lure is the third Special Lure Module added to Pokemon GO during the launch of Gen IV. It will run for 30 minutes and attract Pokemon of the Rock, Electric, and Steel types.
Attracted Pokemon Magnetic Lure
There are several Pokemon that will visit a PokeStop with a Magnetic Lure Module attached:
Evolving Magneton into Magnezone and Nosepass into Probopass In Pokemon GO
Additionally, the Magnetic Lure Module will enable two different Pokemon evolutions. This time, it is not an Eeveelution (not even a Jolteon. However, a Rock- or Steel-type Eeveelution would be most welcome).
In the presence of a PokeStop equipped with a Magnetic Lure, Magneton will evolve into Magnezone for the price of 100 Magnemite Candies, and Nosepass will evolve into Probopass for the price of 50 Nosepass Candies.
Rainy Lure Module In Pokemon GO
The types of Pokemon that will be attracted to a Rainy Lure are Water-, Bug-, and Electric-types, which are the same three types that tend to spawn when the in-game weather is rainy.
Attracted Pokemon Rainy Lure
You should see the following Pokemon when you are near a PokeStop with a Rainy Lure active:
Evolving Sliggoo into Goodra In Pokemon Go
Similar to the other Special Lures, the Rainy Lure is capable of enabling Pokemon evolution. When you are within range of a PokeStop equipped with a Rainy Lure Module, you will be able to evolve Sliggoo into Goodra. Additionally, 100 Goomy Candies will be required.
In contrast to other Lure-based evolutions, Sliggoo can also evolve into Goodra when the overworld weather is rainy.
