The first patch of League of Legends’ 13th season is just around the corner, and Riot Games plans to make a lot of balancing changes to the MOBA as soon as the preseason is over.
Numerous champions will receive nerfs and buffs in patch 13.1. The League of Legends devs said the following about some of the improvements they want to implement in patch 13.1

The mid-scope enhancements that will reach Jax will be some of the primary attractions of the next release. Shaco will also receive buffs, and champions like Aatrox, Dr. Mundo, and K’Sante will be targeted for nerfs. All of the champions who will experience changes in the next update are listed below.

It’s crucial to note here that the names are provisional before continuing on to the list of champions Riot Games is planning to change in League of Legends patch 13.1. Prior to officially releasing the modifications with the upcoming version, the team plan to test them out on the PBE test server.

Riot Games will upgrade some components of the fighter system in addition to the champion improvements. Rogue Phlox said,
The larger Yuumi changes are still in the works but we're nerfing her this patch since she remains very highly banned.

More information will be provided later. “We’re also looking into performing some improvements to sustain in the fighter system that’ll be coming in the next few patches,” the statement continued.

Season 13 of the MOBA will be introduced in the League of Legends patch 13.1. It will be the first official patch of the year, and it appears like it will be a substantial one.
Players will be able to upgrade the game starting on January 12, 2023, when the update is anticipated to be live next week.
