The First Moon Seal Fragment
Above the Old Salem Graveyard is where you can find the first piece of the fourth Moon Seal. Run up the steps to the west, through the cemetery, and up the path past the Hanging Tree as you quickly arrive at Everflowing Glade. You’ll need to utilise Power Word Purify to clear the tangle of branches impeding your path at the top, on the wooden scaffold. The fragment is stuck in the rock if you remove the decking and proceed to the end.

The Second Moon Seal Fragment
Fast travel to the Garden of Envy to obtain the second piece of the Fourth Moon Seal. Right where you land is a small cemetery that requires Power Word Open to access because it is hidden behind a wall. When you enter the cemetery, turn right in the back to find a big fallen log. Run up the cliffside and along it. The second fragment can be found towards the end of the cliff route, wedged in the cliff’s wall.

The Third Moon Seal Fragment
Take the path that leads northwest from the Garden of Envy quick travel location crossroads, then take the first right path that leads northeast. A big cave is where this path’s dead end leads. Head inside and climb the winding route to the top, where you’ll find a third fragment of the third Moon seal embedded in the wall and a fantastic view of the grounds.
