Ulcerated Tree Spirit bosses can also be seen at Mount Gelmir and the Mountaintops of the Giants in addition to those in the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave and War-Dead Catacombs in Limgrave and Caelid, respectively. Launch Attack
This boss bursts across the area like a worm to crush you into dust, landing on the floor in a heap.
Counter: When it zips across the room, roll to the side. Then, when it leaps and launches directly at you, roll to the side once more.
Yellow Detonation AoE Attack

The boss will gently raise its head for this assault before slamming it back down.
Counter: Just dodge in the opposite direction when you see it going to slam its head back down.
Tail Sweep Attack

Melee Strategy
You must equip a melee weapon with a +6 upgrade and summon a tanky Spirit Ash to support you if things become tough. The attack power of your blade can be increased by smearing it in either Fire or Freezing Grease. You should consider employing Ashes of War like Hoarfrost Stomp or Flaming Strike to target your weapon’s weaknesses in addition to using other Greases to give it a boost.
