God Of War Ragnarok: Creatures Of Prophecy: Kratos returns to Vanaheim in the Creatures of Prophecy chapter of God of War Ragnarok. The vivacious Atreus is with him this time, though. This quest, like the previous Vanaheim adventure, is lengthy, includes several boss encounters, and has a tonne of collectibles to find.
As a result, this guide will focus on the first half of Creatures of Prophecy, which mainly deals with retrieving the moon and rousing Skoll and Hati from their sleep. Don’t worry; we will have plenty of time to find some sweet treasures while we chase the moon.

Creatures Of Prophecy
Where To Find All The Treasures In God Of War Ragnarok’s Creatures Of Prophecy Section
In Freyr’s camp, the Creature of Prophecy section will begin. Travel to the gate nearest the camp and take the path on your right to get there. When you get there, it will be bare. However, Hildisvini will soon welcome you. If this is your first visit to Freyr’s camp after getting your spear, you ought to claim the Legendary Chest at the back. To get there, just hop across the water and use your spear to pierce the fracture in the wall.
Even though you will have to deal with those poisonous plants again, none of them are really surprising. Axe or pierce the spewing blossoms while detonating the bulbous ones from a distance.
Take the northern entrance to the camp to leave. You’ll continue to follow Hildisvini until you come up against a rock wall with one of those fissures in the wall as you head toward the Eastern Berri Woods. You can move forward if you use your spear to pierce it. You will now take a straight route, jump a chasm, and squeeze through a crack. When you come out, you will be back where you battled the Ancient Guardian. You’ll be greeted by a Stalker.
Mid-Boss Battle: The Stalker – God Of War Ragnarok: Creatures Of Prophecy – Recover the Stolen Moon Guide
The Huntress, who you first encountered in Midgard at the start of the game, has been reincarnated as The Stalker. There are some notable changes, though. This version solely relies on melee combat. Her main attacks are a charging spear thrust and a series of horizontal swipes that she performs in a combo. All of these attacks are quite simple to parry. particularly the charging assault.
The Stalker will occasionally incorporate an unblockable attack into her melee combo. This swing will always be vertical. You must sidestep this assault to avoid it. Dodging backwards puts you in risk. Otherwise, she’ll try to kick you, just like The Huntress did. This assault can be parried.
Creatures of Prophecy Walkthrough, God of War Ragnarok Utilizing the Wisps to Combat the Huntress
Wisps will enter the battle halfway through and aid the Stalker. They could be more helpful to you and your cause, though, as all you have to do to deal great damage to the Stalker is shoot them with a runic arrow and then bat them at him. Simply parry The Stalker’s blows and whack her while she is still moving. Use the Wisps to complete the task once they appear.
Eastern Barri Woods – God Of War Ragnarok: Creatures Of Prophecy – Recover the Stolen Moon Guide
After eliminating the Stalker, proceed across the sea where you will come up against some Gulons who are supported by a few Nokken. As usual, you should eliminate the Nokkens before moving on to the Gulons. Once you’ve killed them, climb up and around to the top of the ruins where the Legendary Chest is located by hitting the fracture in the neighbouring wall.
Follow the trail after crawling into the cave. You’ll encounter another stone wall that you can take down with your spear. Look up and to your right as you pass through the opening you just created in the wall. A raven is perched in the tree.
You must destroy the vine wall that is on your right. Put a hex on it using Atreus’ Sigil arrows, then burn it with your Blades of Chaos. A pair of Tatzelwurms will be there to greet you. Additionally, a Nokken is present in this region. Upon defeating them, seize the red chest. Once the chest has been emptied, proceed down the main route. Take your first left, though, and you’ll come across a Nornir Chest and a Lore Scroll. Continue past the chest and kill the neighbouring Wulver before attempting to solve the Nornir Chest puzzle. merely so he won’t obstruct your path.
Once you’ve dispatched the Wolvur, check across the street for the Nornir treasure. A Nornir rune will be seen on a target that you will see. Axe-strike the target until the rune that resembles a C is seen. The next target is now directly next to the chest. By striking it, the rune will change to the letter F. Just before you enter the building with the chest, on your left, is the final (or first, depending on how you look at it) target. It has vines growing up it. Therefore, in order to ignite them, you must have Atreus place a line of hexes with his Sigil arrows. Once you’ve hit the target, check to see if the rune that resembles a P is visible. That’ll finish it. Grab your Idunn Apple by opening the chest.
Recovering the Stolen Moon – God Of War Ragnarok: Creatures Of Prophecy – Recover the Stolen Moon Guide
When you’re done with the Nornir Chest, turn left to return to the main route. Continue in this direction until you meet Skoll and Hati. They will, regrettably, be asleep. And recovering the moon will be the only way to awaken them. So go over the ledge on your right and keep moving through the jungle. You’ll run upon a well-known poison plant puzzle. If you don’t remember, the trick is to use a Sigil arrow to hex the first poison bloom, then strike it with your axe. This will keep the freeze effect in place so you may then freeze the second flower. A small group of Einherjar will appear after the poison blooms. Eliminate them and breach the barrier. Then hop down after reading the Lore Text that is printed on the wall.
You will now be looking for the Einherjar who can teleport. After swinging over the stream, you’ll enter a cottage. On your right, there is a treasure chest. Follow the route to your left as you go. A red chest is close by. Look for the raised stone platform once you’ve obtained the red chest. Slide down the rope from here. As soon as you descend, a wall will be in your path, which you can take down with your spear. You will be in a battle arena once you blast it open. When you circle the area, an Einherjar will finally ambush you.
They can teleport with these Einherjar. When this attack begins, they will materialise right in front of you from wherever they were before. Just prepare to block this punch. At first, it could seem a little misleading, but you’ll grow used to it. Now there’s an Einherjar with a whip as well. They attack in a very predictable pattern. It is simple to time the parry since they will swing their flail above their heads. If a cunning Einherjar hadn’t stolen it and teleported away, we would say, “Kick the chain down and claim the moon from the centre of the arena” after you have emptied the arena.
It’s time to pursue. Adhere to the Einherjar. You’ll come across another little bunch. Take them out before you go; don’t move on just yet. There is another raven in this area. Get back on the trail of the thieving Einherjar after killing the raven. Another small group of soldiers will be up against you. After you defeat them, you will come across an air vent across the street that begs you to use your spear to shatter the stone. Do that, then leap over. Before you reach the top, you will have to climb for some time. A Wyvern and an Einherjar with a flail will be waiting for you up here.
Mid-Boss: Wyvern – God Of War Ragnarok: Creatures Of Prophecy – Recover the Stolen Moon Guide
This will be your first time seeing a Wyvern, and they can be rather challenging, particularly when coupled with a larger Einherjar. The second health bar on the Einherjar is protected against fire-based harm. So, in order to combat them, you will need to utilise the axe. However, except from that, they are your standard flail-wielding Einherjar. They aren’t extremely tough, but they appear to be able to withstand much more damage.
There are a handful of moves that the Wyvern uses that you will need to become familiar with. They can launch two projectiles. One in which Kratos is the target of three lightning bolts that they fire from their mouths, locking onto him and closing in. The second is a lightning storm. Both assaults are parriedable. The Wyvern can also swoop down on Kratos while flying through the air. This strike can also be deflected. Finally, they have a beak attack in which they rear back and hit you.
You’ve undoubtedly already discovered that any strike the Wyvern can launch can be parried. The Wyvern is often not a major concern after you get used to the timing of these attacks. The homing lightning is fairly quick, but the wyvern gives off a very clear warning before unleashing it by lifting its beak into the air and emitting yellow light from it. You shouldn’t be surprised by this strike as long as the Wyvern is visible. The Einherjar should be eliminated first, but it’s also important to keep an eye out for the Wyvern as you engage them in combat. As you engage their friend, it will continue to pelt you with projectiles.
You will be able to take possession of the moon once you have defeated the Wyvern, which is inevitable. Skoll and Hati are now the only ones left. You can get to them by passing through a small adjacent crevice. Another small number of Einherjar will need to be eliminated, but before you know it, you’ll be back with the wolves. You can now finish the mission to retrieve the moon by watching the cutscene. In terms of the game’s Creatures Of Prophecy segment, this is the game’s halfway point.
