Marvel’s Midnight Suns was released last month, and 2K announced that post-launch DLC for the game would include Deadpool, Storm, Venom, and Morbius. Deadpool is the first of the four characters who will be added to the game as a part of its The Good, the Bad, and the Undead expansion, which comes as no surprise.

In addition to three new story missions, an upgrade for the Abbey, and new skins and clothing to keep the Merc with a Mouth looking fashionable, Deadpool’s DLC pack introduces him as a new recruitable hero. Deadpool is said to as a “in-your-face damage dealer” and has ten special hero powers, one of which allows him to attack an opponent for an agonisingly lengthy period of time. Let’s hope that one has a skip button.
A couple of Deadpool’s distinctive powers, including one called “Burning Sensation” that appears to set adversaries on fire, are briefly shown in the gameplay during the trailer. Others that have been identified include “Pain Pinata,” which is probably a group attack, “All Together Now,” which appears to be a buff, and “Mag Dump,” which appears to be another ranged assault.

The DLC not only includes Deadpool and his distinct hero moves but also a food truck, numerous alternative costumes, and other additions to the Abbey. However, you won’t be able to take off his mask because it seems that it isn’t financially feasible.
Fortunately, Firaxis has stated that you won’t have to finish the entire adventure in order to experience Deadpool’s story in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. According to the press release for the DLC pack, you must have finished the “Spidermaaaans” story task and witnessed Spider-Man reveal his identity during the first act of the game, which lasts for about three to four hours.
